Childcare Bus Driver
About The Position
As a Bus Driver at Child Development Schools, you will support our center by providing safe, reliable transportation for our students to and from school and/or activities. You may also be supporting classrooms, working alongside your Lead Teacher, you will support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth. From hands-on activities and storytelling to everyday learning moments, you will help shape a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them. You will serve as a trusted partner to families, a positive role model for children, and an important part of our collaborative teaching team dedicated to making early childhood education engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun.

- Childcare Center Bus Driver qualifications
Responsibilities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
- Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs
- Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
- Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
- Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
- Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
- Maintain a safe Bus environment
