Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience working with children preferred
Nice To Haves
- CDA, ECE coursework, or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience in a NAEYC Accreditation Plus or Keystone STARS program
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily classroom routines and activities
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Maintaining active supervision and ensuring children’s safety
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Helping prepare classroom materials and learning centers
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of classroom spaces
- Collaborating professionally with teaching teams and administration
- Participating in trainings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
