About The Position

Cole Academy is hiring an Assistant Teacher/Floater to support its Infant program. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with children and contributing to a fun, child-centered environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; nights and weekends are not required. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. Cole Academy offers training through its in-house digital and practical training system and opportunities for professional development and advancement. The hiring process includes an application review, an on-site interview and tour with the Center Director, and an employment offer. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of classroom experience.
• Ability to pass all state background checks.
• Enthusiasm for working as part of a dedicated, driven, and collaborative team.
• Joy and fun while teaching children.
