About The Position

The Nest Schools is a rapidly growing Early Childhood organization founded in 2021 by experienced early childhood professionals. Our vision is to raise a world of kind, healthy, happy, and inspired children and to be the worldwide leader in early childhood programs. We currently operate 35 schools in 5 states and plan to expand to over 200 schools in 25 states by 2025. We are seeking a School Director who values Early Childhood Education and recognizes teachers as professional educators. Each school is supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist, and classroom budgets are provided for learning materials and crafts. Requirements

Previous administrative experience preferred, preferably in a large school.
Early Childhood Education required.
Willing to obtain Director Credential.

Lead a school with a focus on the quality of programs and children, families, and staff.
