Childcare Aide
About The Position
We are seeking a Childcare Aide to join our team at New Horizon Academy Burnsville in the following classrooms: Infants Float School-Age. New Horizon Academy has been a leader in early care and education for over fifty years, fostering a culture of continuous improvement based on what's best for children and staff. We are passionate advocates for early childhood resources, recognizing the critical importance of a child's first five years for social and emotional brain development. This role is essential in shaping the leaders of tomorrow by inspiring, encouraging, and celebrating a child's love of learning.
Requirements
- Positive work ethic and be a team-player.
- Able to work full-time (Monday-Friday) and be flexible with scheduling.
- Passion for working with children!
- Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
- Has interest in beginning or continuing their education in early childhood education or a related field.
- Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
- Has documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
