About The Position

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!).
3+ years working directly with children
21+ years old.
Valid AZ Driver’s License
Fingerprint Clearance Card
CPR/First Aid certification.
Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles."

Nice To Haves

familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Delivering individual, family, and group sessions that address trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and more.
Partnering with families and community agencies (like CPS and DDD) to ensure a "whole-picture" approach to healing.
Creating individualized treatment plans that serve as a roadmap for long-term success.
Participating in weekly supervision with our Clinical Director to sharpen your skills and advance your career.
