About The Position

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!).
3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus.
21+ years old.
Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification.
Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles."

Responsibilities

Delivering individual, family, and group sessions that address trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and more.
Partnering with families and community agencies (like CPS and DDD) to ensure a "whole-picture" approach to healing.
Creating individualized treatment plans that serve as a roadmap for long-term success.
Participating in weekly supervision with our Clinical Director to sharpen your skills and advance your career.
