Under the supervision of a Casework Supervisor or other supervisory staff, maintains and monitors a caseload to ensure compliance with court orders pertaining to child support, medical support, child care, and spousal support. Determines whether to delay or proceed with various enforcement actions. Conducts client locate efforts as needed. Responds to inquiries related to court orders and Friend of the Court procedures pertaining to a variety of areas. May be assigned to interstate enforcement, which includes serving as liaison with enforcement agencies in other states as well as providing enforcement on cases registered in Michigan.
