About The Position

Serve as a critical advocate within the Child Support Division, ensuring children in the community receive the financial stability they deserve. This role involves navigating complex family dynamics, enforcing court orders, and managing the administrative functions of the Prosecutor's Office.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years in a professional office environment (legal, social work, or administrative background is a plus)
  • Intermediate to Expert proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel)
  • Comfortable learning proprietary case management software quickly
  • Ability to write clear, professional reports
  • Ability to de-escalate tense conversations with the public
  • Resilience to handle stressful situations and emotional topics with objectivity and professionalism
  • Discretion to understand the sensitivity of family law and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Valid driver's license and insurance for occasional travel

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage a caseload to establish, modify, and enforce child support orders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, employers, and state agencies, resolving inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
  • Prepare and process critical judicial documents, ensuring all case files are court-ready and compliant with state regulations.
  • Maintain impeccable data records in the statewide system.
