Data entry into specific systems like KIDS and Teletask, processing returned mail, preparing information packets, and coordinating mailings are key functions. The position also involves receiving and processing court papers, printing payment records, and serving as backup for the Financial Specialist. Additionally, the role includes preparing and following up on work search forms, sending employment verification letters, and providing general backup assistance to other department personnel.
