Our former Everett Clinic team is a clinician-led, multi-specialty group known for innovation and high-quality care. Our department was voted #1 Behavioral Health facility in the area. We're going beyond basic health programs integrated across the entire continuum of care. Our Psychiatry team is seasoned and diverse to include physicians and advanced nurse practitioners trained in Adult and Child Adolescent Psychiatry. We offer multiple practice modalities for our patients to access care where it be through collaborative care, psychotherapy, groups or medication management support.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted License to practice in Washington State by start date
  • Unrestricted DEA by start date
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
  • Ability to pass a drug test before beginning employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Inpatient or outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry experience
  • Comfort with electronic health records

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric care to children and adolescents.
  • Utilize collaborative care models, psychotherapy, and medication management.
  • Engage in individual therapy, group therapy (including Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar, CBTi, Geropsychology), and trauma-informed therapies (Cognitive Processing Therapy and EDMR).
  • Participate in regular consultative time with colleagues.
  • Contribute to the vision of making healthcare better for everyone.
