About The Position

This is a part-time position in the Child Nutrition Department, working 184 days a year for 5.5 hours per day, from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. The role involves a rotation of duties related to food preparation, cooking, serving, cleaning, and inventory management within a food service environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Must be physically working in the building.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve foods.
• Perform duties in baking, main dish preparation, salad preparation, dish room operations, and cashiering.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, dishes, utensils, equipment, and machines.
• Conduct inventory, storage, and some stocking duties.
