About The Position
SPARC is seeking qualified mental health professionals to provide services to clients in Rutherford County, North Carolina. The role focuses on supporting children and families through Family Centered Treatment (FCT). SPARC provides support and training; prior FCT experience is not required. The starting salary is $52,000 or more, with higher salaries available based on experience and increased pay for prior FCT experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with children and/or adolescents in the mental health field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, such as psychology, sociology, social work, or a related field.
