About The Position

SPARC is seeking qualified mental health professionals to serve clients in Iredell County, North Carolina. The clinician will join a diverse, inclusive, whole-person-focused team providing mental health care to children and families. SPARC provides support and training in Family Centered Treatment (FCT); prior FCT experience is not required, though compensation increases for candidates with prior FCT experience. Higher starting salaries may also be available based on experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with children and/or adolescents in the mental health field
• Master's degree in a human services field, such as psychology, sociology, social work, or a related field
• License: LCMHC/A, LMFFT/A, or LCSW/A
