About The Position

FirstSteps is dedicated to helping children with autism and related learning differences reach their full potential through evidence-based, behavior analytic treatment. This role offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with children in a supportive, play-based environment, helping them develop essential communication, social, independence, and everyday life skills. We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. If you have experience in early childhood education or a similar field and love working with children, we want to help you build a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through paid training, hands-on mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. Many of our leaders began their careers in direct care roles.
