About The Position

This role involves providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. The goal is to help these children develop essential communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. ABA is an evidence-based approach that uses positive reinforcement and individualized strategies to teach skills and help manage challenging behaviors, ultimately supporting greater independence. The position offers comprehensive paid training, clinical support, and mentorship from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance and registration
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles from your home for client sessions
• Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning data collection and behavior intervention techniques

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings
