Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. This position works within the child (ages 11-18) day treatment program TLC, planning and facilitating group skills services to clients of the program. This position works closely with the program therapists and other Life skills counselors to create and maintain an environment that is sensitive to the unique mental health needs of each client assisting them in learning how to manage their mental health symptoms, so they are able to function at home, in school and within the community. This position is located in our Canvas Health office building located in Oakdale. Additional job duties include working collaboratively with client's family, treatment team and school, as well as develop and implement behavioral strategies to intervene with mental health symptomology in milieu.
