About The Position

Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we’re looking for an energetic, dependable leader to join us as a part-time KidCare Supervisor. In this role, you’ll work alongside our KidCare team to create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children while providing leadership and support to fellow team members. Available shifts include weekday evenings and weekend mornings. At HCI Sports & Fitness, we’re more than a fitness and sports brand—we’re a movement. Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare, education, recreation, or similar environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy creating positive experiences for children and families
• Comfortable providing guidance and support to fellow team members
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekend mornings

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the KidCare Manager in the day-to-day operations of the KidCare department
• Serve as the primary KidCare team resource during assigned shifts when the KidCare Manager is not on site, providing guidance, support, and accountability to KidCare Attendants
• Lead by example, actively working alongside the KidCare team to create an exceptional experience for children and families
• Support new and existing team members by answering questions, sharing knowledge, and reinforcing department expectations
• Actively care for, supervise, and engage with children to create a safe, fun, and positive experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming KidCare environment while ensuring department policies, safety procedures, and operating standards are consistently followed
• Communicate professionally with parents by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing updates as needed
• Respond to child, parent, and operational incidents in accordance with facility policies
• Support additional department responsibilities as needed
