Requirements

• Associate in related field required
• Management experience required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's preferred
• 3+ years childcare experience preferred
• Experience investigating employee issues an asset

Responsibilities

• Conducting all investigations related to licensing, and incidents involving children in centers.
• Creating investigation reports outlining incidents.
• Following up after an investigation including recommendations of further action where appropriate.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
• Finalizing incident reports for Operations.
• Ensuring all safety inspections are completed in the Centers as required.
• Completing audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
