We are looking for an energetic, fun-loving, adaptable youth-focused individual to help foster a fun, safe, and positive summer experience for youth in Larimer County. In this position, you will: Lead school-aged youth in different activities such as academic enrichment, recreation, technology, sports, and the arts. Ensure the physical, social, and emotional safety for all Club Members. Act as a role model and mentor for youth ages 5 - 18 (ages vary based on the Club location). You must be willing to: Have fun, laugh & be silly! Be present and engage with Club Members. Be a role model for Club Members.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior issues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, secure personal information and comply with mandated reporting requirements.
Candidates must be able to pass a criminal/driving records investigation and reference checks.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred.
