Child Care Center Housekeeper
About The Position
The Child Care Center Housekeeper helps maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the childcare center so children can learn and grow. The role involves janitorial and cleaning tasks throughout the building, classrooms, and playground; cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls; maintaining restrooms and replenishing dispensers; and assisting with seasonal decorations and displays. Candidates should be comfortable working around children, willing to learn and grow in a team environment, and meet applicable state education and center or school requirements.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
- Perform janitorial tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and restrooms, and gathering and emptying trash.
- Assist with cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls.
- Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
- Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays.
