We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced early childhood professional with a background in licensed child care or preschool programs to join our team as a Child Care Center Director. Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of leadership or management experience in a licensed child care center (highly preferred), or at least one year of child care center leadership experience (required).
  • Possess the required state-specific Child Care Director or Administrative credential and meet all applicable state regulations for child care center leadership.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a closely related field (highly preferred).
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of child care licensing standards, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in daycare or preschool settings.

  • Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
  • Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
  • Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning.
  • Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
  • Support enrollment and family engagement by promoting retention, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Lead in-person center tours and participate in local outreach to showcase our programs and grow enrollment.
