About The Position

BrightPath Kids is seeking a Center Cook to join their team in the early childhood education field. As a Center Cook, you will be responsible for preparing healthy and delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and snacks for young children, ensuring attention to nutrition and food safety. You will also maintain a clean, organized, and smoothly running kitchen. Additionally, there is an optional opportunity to spend time in the classroom, supporting teachers and engaging in activities with the children, which helps foster a warm and supportive environment. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of food preparation experience
• ServSafe Food Handler certification
• Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP) experience
• Interest in spending time in the classroom
