About The Position

This is a child care center teaching role focused on helping children learn and develop in a fun, interactive environment. Assistant Teachers provide daily care in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards, keep the classroom clean and organized, engage with children, and develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children. The role also involves communicating effectively with families and completing extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
