About The Position

Little Sprouts LLC is seeking a passionate Assistant Teacher for its Natick School. The role supports children’s well-being and learning in a year-round early education setting, using a child-centered approach that includes social-emotional, STEAM, and nature-based activities. Regular communication with families is important to fostering collaborative growth. The school is led by a School Director with several years of experience in EEC, and the community emphasizes teamwork, passion, and continuous learning. The position requires adherence to company policies and EEC regulations, patience, communication, and openness to learning as classroom routines and responsibilities develop. The location operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; operating hours are subject to change. The advertised pay range is $17 to $23 per hour, with actual offers potentially varying based on experience, education, and other business factors.

Requirements

Pass required state and company background checks.
Have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
Be able to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
Be able to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times a day.
Demonstrate communication, patience, and an open mind when navigating daily challenges and learning classroom routines.
