About The Position

BrightPath Kids is hiring a full-time Child Care Assistant Pre-K Teacher in Twinsburg. As part of the Busy Bees global childcare community, the employee will work alongside teachers and families to provide children with a home-away-from-home experience according to NAEYC guidelines. The role supports children ages 6 weeks to 12 years and contributes to a safe, warm, clean environment where children can learn, grow, and explore. The stated pay range is $14–$18 per hour. The position has no evening or weekend work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Assist teachers with classroom instruction.
• Decorate classrooms, indoors and outdoors, as needed.
• Maintain a warm, safe, and clean environment that allows children to grow and explore.
• Interact with children to encourage their participation in activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child.
