About The Position
Sibley East Community Education offers child care before and after school (ages 3-12) to the community. This is a part-time position, shifts are 6-8:30 am or 3-6 pm.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Current first aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain.
- Reliable attendance is required.
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to build quality relationships with children, parents and staff.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information regarding students.
- Perform duties within a structured daily schedule and with an awareness of all program standard operating practices and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Works with the Child Care Coordinator to facilitate a stimulating and developmentally appropriate environment which promotes social growth and self-esteem after school hours.
