About The Position

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Child Autism Therapist to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. The role helps children develop communication, social, and independent skills. No prior experience is necessary; paid training is provided, and the company covers the cost of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, which must be completed within 20 days of hire. The position is full-time in Frisco, Texas, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Optional Saturdays may be available based on patient needs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, and proof of the awarded degree must be provided and verified before an employment offer is extended. Employees receive their first raise after earning RBT certification, with additional raises every six months tied to growth goals.
