This role is an entry-level position that serves as the first step in a career path toward a degree, promotion, and leadership. The Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks compassionate changemakers who believe every student deserves the support to succeed. CSD partners with schools to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs, helping them succeed in both special and general education settings. The Behavior Specialist role involves using play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills. This is a flexible, on-the-go role where no two days are the same, and prior experience is not required as training and support are provided. The goal is to help children achieve life-changing milestones and for families to see progress, while also supporting the employee's growth through paid training, coaching, and career milestones.
