About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic Child and Youth Program Assistants to provide care, supervision, and instruction for children and youth (ages 6 weeks to 18 years) at our Child and Youth Services (CYS) facilities. Whether you are looking to start a new career (Entry Level) or bring your existing experience (Skill/Target Levels), we have a place for you on our team!

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Nice To Haves

• Additional experience in a group childcare setting (6–12 months) and/or relevant college credits in Early Childhood/Elementary Education or a related behavioral science.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmental care and lead fun, age-appropriate activities for children and youth.
• Actively supervise children during daily indoor/outdoor play, field trips, and special events.
• Help prepare, arrange, or serve nutritious snacks and meals.
• Work alongside a passionate team to implement pre-planned curricula and maintain clean, organized learning environments.
