This position will require travel within York Region. Hours of Work: Thirty-five (35) hours/week. Number of Vacancies or Evergreen Role: 01 Reporting to the Program Coordinator – PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope), the Child and Family Worker – PATH is responsible for providing direct service to children, youth, and their families. This role is pivotal in addressing a range of mental health issues including emotional, behavioural and/or psychiatric symptoms that may be impacting functioning at home, school and/or in the community. The Child and Family Worker – PATH works with clients to stabilize and strengthen families who have experienced recent crisis in their lives. This role will collaborate with various staff and departments, including upholding the agency’s Mission, Vision and Values while fostering a positive workplace environment.
