This position will provide support to both the youth and adult clients. The role involves performing clinical services, including intakes and therapeutic interventions such as group, individual, and family therapy, and crisis intervention. Maintaining and completing service documentation such as psychosocial assessments, case notes, case reviews, court reports, and letters is crucial. The therapist will conduct case reviews to determine current and future treatment plans based on quantitative results and professional opinion of client progress. Collaboration with external agents like school officials, family members, and other health agencies regarding organizational programs and client needs is expected. The role also includes attending staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, case conferences, and clinical seminars, providing input on program administration and development. Writing correspondence on behalf of clients and their families, such as court reports and letters of recommendation, is also a key responsibility.
