Blackbird Health is seeking therapists to provide high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults ages 2–26, and their caregivers. Therapists build relationships with patients and families, understand their needs, support treatment engagement, and explain therapeutic approaches that promote long-term progress. They work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care using a whole-child approach that considers how the brain, body, and behavior interact. The posting offers two arrangements: W-2 part-time employment at 20 contracted hours per week, including 17 completed direct-care hours, or 1099 contractor work with a minimum commitment of 10 open patient-care hours per week to achieve at least 8 completed clinical hours. For either arrangement, available hours must be anchored in peak periods after 3:00 PM on weekdays and/or weekends. The W-2 role is fully remote. Blackbird handles credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR, provides a guaranteed caseload, and includes paid weekly clinical consultation and peer support.
