Requirements

Fully licensed LPC or LCSW (or Wisconsin equivalent)
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or another behavioral health field from an accredited program
Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5+)
Enjoys working with families
Organized, completes documentation in a timely manner, and maintains strong clinical boundaries
Values collaboration, authenticity, and being part of a supportive team

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, pediatricians, and other providers as clinically appropriate
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
