About The Position

NeuroPsych Wellness Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to join our growing outpatient practice in Northern Virginia. We offer a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment, along with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation. We are looking for a licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience in psychological and neuropsychological testing for children and adolescents. This role focuses on diagnostic clarification and cognitive/behavioral assessment, with support from an established multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• Licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist in Virginia
• Must be ADOS certified
• Minimum 1 year experience in: Intake evaluations, Outpatient mental health setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting psychological testing for children and adolescents preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents, including: ADHD, Learning disorders, Autism spectrum disorders, Anxiety and mood disorders, Behavioral and emotional concerns
• Provide clear, timely, and clinically useful testing reports
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists
• Participate in a well-established testing program alongside a Director of Services, postdoctoral fellows, and advanced externs
• Complete documentation and billing in a timely manner
• Coordinate care and referrals with community providers as needed
