Requirements
- Fully licensed in Utah
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC)
- Unencumbered DEA
- Experienced in medication management
- Experienced in therapy
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% outpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents.
