About The Position

This role involves 100% outpatient work with flexible scheduling options, including both telemedicine and in-person care. The position offers a competitive compensation model based on productivity, with potential to exceed $345,000 - $385,000 annually, and includes a sign-on bonus. Psychiatrists will work in newly designed, modern offices with full administrative support and the latest digital technology, fostering a strong work/life balance and a collegial work environment.

Requirements

Fully licensed in the state of Kentucky.
Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC).
Unencumbered DEA.
Experienced in medication management and psychotherapy.
Experienced in working with children & adolescents or across the lifespan.
Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).

Responsibilities

Provide 100% outpatient psychiatric services.
Engage in medication management and psychotherapy.
Work with children and adolescents or across the lifespan.
Collaborate with mid-levels (optional, with additional compensation).
