About The Position
JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Advocacy Case Manager to join their team. This role focuses on working closely with children, families, and community partners to ensure the voices and needs of children and youth are heard and addressed. The Case Manager will assess needs, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to connect families with appropriate services and supports. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass all required background clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support children’s emotional, physical, and social well-being
- Observe and document behavior, academic progress, and home environment
- Manage complex cases, including intake, assessment, service planning, and follow-up
- Assess situations, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions to overcome barriers
- Collaborate with families, schools, agencies, and community partners
- Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet program standards
