About The Position

Join CentraCare’s Specialty Care Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health team at CentraCare Plaza in St. Cloud and provide outpatient diagnostic assessment, psychological testing, and psychotherapy services to children and their families impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, and developmental disorders. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy outpatient psychotherapy and psychological testing and value working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary specialty care environment. Providers have the opportunity to develop areas of clinical interest and specialization, including participation in specialty clinics such as eating disorders, fetal alcohol spectrum disorders, autism, or health psychology. The position emphasizes close collaboration with psychologists, psychiatrists, primary care, and integrated behavioral health providers, allowing clinicians to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care while shaping a practice aligned with their professional interests. CentraCare’s Child and Adolescent Specialty Behavioral Health program provides comprehensive outpatient services within a multidisciplinary specialty care setting. The team focuses on evidence-based assessment and treatment while offering access to specialty clinics, strong peer collaboration, and integrated care pathways. Requirements

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
  • Minimum of one-year experience is required.
  • Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP).
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related Human Services field required.
  • State of Minnesota licensure required, need to have one of the following: The Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or the Board of Social Work at Independent Clinical level (LICSW) or the Board of Marriage and Family Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or the Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • Requires successful compliance with Minnesota Law, Chapter 372 relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services.
