About The Position

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team in Augusta. This full-time position includes responsibilities across inpatient, residential, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) settings serving patients with a broad range of behavioral health needs. The role involves treating adolescents and adults ages 12+, with the opportunity to treat adults as needed. The clinical caseload is diverse, including mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD and behavioral disorders, and general psychiatric conditions. The position offers a collaborative multidisciplinary treatment environment, supervision and collaboration with Nurse Practitioners, and participation in treatment team meetings and care planning. There is a call schedule of one night per week and one weekend per month. The role also provides supportive administrative and clinical leadership, with strong opportunities for professional growth and leadership.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active or eligible for Georgia medical license
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Strong interest in collaborative and team-based care

Responsibilities
