The Chief Transformation Officer (CxO) serves as the bank’s transformation strategist, accountable for turning strategy into execution. Working in close partnership with the executive team, the CxO aligns priorities across the enterprise and provides the connective thread between teams. This C-suite leader is responsible for executing and operationalizing the bank’s long-term strategy across digital banking infrastructure, data architecture, artificial intelligence, and scalable fintech platform capabilities. This is a rare opportunity to shape both the bank’s customer-facing technology capabilities and its back-office operating model at a pivotal stage of growth - while strengthening the operationally excellent culture expected by regulators and partners.
