About The Position

US Mobile is building the future of wireless communication with the goal of creating one unified network open to any person and any device, worldwide. They are achieving this by empowering customers with options like having all three major networks on one phone and one plan, home internet from Starlink, no lock-in, no commitments, and custom-fit plans at every price point. They also provide 24/7 customer support with real people. The company values real-time feedback from various channels to inform product roadmaps and operations, which has led to recognition from The Wirecutter and Consumer Reports. US Mobile is building innovative, scalable systems with a network-agnostic tech stack and agile, cross-functional teams built on trust and mutual respect. This role is for someone who works fast, flexibly, and collaboratively without compromising standards. The Chief Technology Officer will own the technology vision and engineering execution behind US Mobile’s platform, unifying frontend and backend engineering organizations into a coherent technical strategy and participating at the executive level. This is a rare opportunity to shape both the architecture and the culture of engineering from the ground up in a fast-scaling company.
