About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a stunning 34m Riva new build. The vessel will officially be taken over this Friday and offers an exciting opportunity to help establish a high-standard program from the ground up. The yacht will be delivered first week of September to Fort Lauderdale, followed by outfitting and preparation before relocating to its permanent base in Miami. This is a professional program run to the standards of a much larger yacht, with an experienced Captain and a strong focus on service, presentation, and crew culture. The Program: Private use with plans to enter the charter market next year. Based in Miami during the winter with cruising to Albany, Bahamas. Summer season in the U.S. Northeast. Typical cruising includes day trips, holiday programs, and owner/family use. Crew of 5: (Possibly 6 but TBC) Captain, Mate, Chief Stewardess, Second Stewardess, Chef.

Requirements

• Experienced Second Stewardess from larger yachts ready to step into a Chief Stewardess role, or an established Chief Stewardess from a similar-sized yacht
• Professional, energetic, fit, and personable
• Strong eye for detail with excellent housekeeping and service skills
• Comfortable working in a visible owner-facing role
• Confident managing interior operations, provisioning, inventory, uniforms, and guest service
• Team player who enjoys building a positive onboard culture

Benefits

• Salary: USD $7,500–$8,500/month, depending on experience
• Standard leave: 45 days per year, with flexibility to discuss additional leave for highly experienced candidates
