About The Position

ContinuumGlobal is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who is primarily a closer, not just a manager. This role is for an individual who enjoys the process of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals and has the executive relationships to make it happen. The CRO will own the full revenue motion, from initial contact to signed contract, and will have significant influence on the company's growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a background in enterprise SaaS or martech sales, AI-driven marketing platforms, digital transformation services, or agency leadership at the enterprise level. ContinuumGlobal is a profitable, mission-driven AI company that works with major global technology brands, leveraging its proprietary AI platform to help enterprise marketing teams execute hyper-personalized campaigns at scale. The company culture is described as sharp, direct, and focused on building, contrasting with larger organizations where ideas can get lost in committees. Requirements

  • Proven ability to close transformational deals.
  • Experience building genuine trust with CMOs, digital transformation leaders, and martech buyers.
  • Direct experience closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Ability to thrive operating lean and close to the product.
  • Understanding of proprietary AI platforms as a competitive advantage.
  • Work authorization in the US that does not require future sponsorship.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS or martech sales, AI-driven marketing platforms, digital transformation services, or agency leadership at the enterprise level.
