Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
Ten years of management and leadership experience
Demonstrated experience with contracts, budgets, and highly regulated programming
Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
Proficiency with data-driven decision-making tools, electronic health records or case management systems, and standard business applications (Microsoft 365)
Requires working varied hours, including evenings, some weekends and holidays.
Involves exposure to tobacco smoke, domestic animals, household pests, and other conditions common to domestic environments.

Master's degree preferred
Preference given to Behavioral Health oversight experience

Responsibilities

Translates Auberle's high-level vision into actionable, scalable community programs and services through innovative methods and funding proposals
Directly supervises program directors/managers, overseeing staff recruitment, professional development, and program coordination.
Establishes data-driven benchmarks to measure program effectiveness, reporting outcomes to the board and major donors.
Collaborates with executive leadership to build annual program budgets and ensure the optimal allocation of funding.
