Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
  • Ten years of management and leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience with contracts, budgets, and highly regulated programming
  • Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
  • Proficiency with data-driven decision-making tools, electronic health records or case management systems, and standard business applications (Microsoft 365)
  • Requires working varied hours, including evenings, some weekends and holidays.
  • Involves exposure to tobacco smoke, domestic animals, household pests, and other conditions common to domestic environments.

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Preference given to Behavioral Health oversight experience

Responsibilities

  • Translates Auberle's high-level vision into actionable, scalable community programs and services through innovative methods and funding proposals
  • Directly supervises program directors/managers, overseeing staff recruitment, professional development, and program coordination.
  • Establishes data-driven benchmarks to measure program effectiveness, reporting outcomes to the board and major donors.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to build annual program budgets and ensure the optimal allocation of funding.
