About The Position

Soar is a Saudi fintech startup specializing in financing and investment, currently headquartered in Saudi Arabia and growing throughout the region. Our mission is to help people achieve their financial goals with innovative financial and property investment solutions and tools through a multi-purpose platform designed for a simple and seamless user experience. We are building an agentic-first platform where AI agents don’t just assist people, they do the work — sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, coordinating, and closing — with humans setting direction and judgment. We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to define what that product is, build it from zero, and use it to fundamentally reinvent how real estate works. This is a role for a builder who wants to create a category, not optimize an existing roadmap. Our approach to 'agentic-first' means designing the product around autonomous and semi-autonomous agents as the primary way work gets done, with interfaces, data, and trust models built to match. Agents are the core unit of the product, not just features. The product should accomplish outcomes, not just surface information, with trust, transparency, and human-in-the-loop by design. Data and feedback form a moat, creating a learning loop where every transaction makes the next one smarter.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build and ship products that real people used, ideally including 0-to-1 work where you defined the problem.
• Creative and unconventional thinking, questioning defaults, and energized by problems with no established playbook.
• Fluent in cutting-edge AI, having worked with LLMs, agents, or applied AI in production, or gone deep enough to lead a team that does.
• Comfortable with calculated risk, taking bold action, deciding with conviction under uncertainty, and treating smart failures as the cost of moving fast.
• Strategic and hands-on, able to set strategy and dive into details like prototypes, specs, prompts, data, and metrics.
• Ability to inspire great people to do their best work and raise the bar for those around you.
• High velocity, moving with urgency, communicating with clarity, and caring more about impact than process.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fintech, marketplaces, Agentic Applications, and AI Research and R&D space.
• Founder or early-stage operator experience.
• A technical background or the ability to go toe-to-toe with engineers on agent architecture.
• A portfolio of products, prototypes, or experiments.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an agentic-first real estate platform.
• Take products from a blank page to launch and scale, defining the first wedge, shipping fast, learning faster, and expanding.
• Recruit, lead, and grow a world-class product, design, and product-engineering culture from the ground up.
• Work hands-on with frontier models, agent frameworks, and emerging tooling, running experiments others consider too early or too risky.
• Make bold, calculated bets with incomplete information and own the outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and leadership to align the company behind a coherent product strategy.
• Talk to agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, and investors constantly to translate the reality of real estate into products people love.
