Central State Hospital is seeking a dedicated Chief People Officer that will provide comprehensive human resource development and management leadership to the facility. Key responsibilities include leadership & supervision providing direct oversight of the Human Resources (HR) and Staff Development departments. Extensive knowledge of recruitment and selection practices, HR compliance, employee relations, classification and compensation, benefit programs as well as knowledge of federal and state employment laws. This position serves on the Executive Leadership Team and will provide critical HR perspective and guidance on business issues. Please note that this position requires the selected candidate to work on site at the facility.
