The Chief People Officer will play a critical leadership role in shaping the workforce strategy, employee experience, and organizational culture for Hermann Services, Inc. within the transportation, warehousing, and logistics industry. The Chief People Officer will play a key role in helping shape Hermann’s next chapter as the company approaches its 100 Year Celebration. This position will serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership while also maintaining a highly hands-on approach to all aspects of human resources management. The CPO will lead initiatives focused on talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, retention, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and forward-thinking HR leader who can build strong relationships across all levels of the organization while helping drive a positive, safety-focused, and people-centered culture.
