About The Position
AmeriCU Credit Union is searching for an accomplished, forward-thinking Chief People Officer to serve as a trusted advisor to our President and CEO, Chief Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. This is more than an HR leadership role. As Chief People Officer, you will lead enterprise-wide strategy across: Executive development and succession planning, Talent management and workforce transformation, Compensation, benefits, and total rewards, Employee engagement and experience, Organizational design and effectiveness, People analytics, technology, compliance, and risk.
