About The Position

Remote Talent LATAM is recruiting for a U.S. marketing agency serving medical aesthetics practices, including med spas, plastic surgeons, and dermatologists. The agency helps practices attract patients through websites, SEO, and paid media; convert leads into booked patients through front-desk training, AI voice tools, and CRM automation; and increase patient value through membership and consultation programs. Its team is fully remote across the U.S., LATAM, South Africa, and the Philippines, and the company is moving toward an AI-first delivery model while building its own software platform. The Chief Operating Officer, internally called the Integrator under the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), is the founder’s second-in-command. The role translates the founder’s vision into plans, runs the company’s week-to-week operations, holds leaders accountable for results, and champions the company culture. The COO reports to the founder and leads division heads across delivery, client conversion and growth, account management, AI systems and product, and finance. The founder is stepping away from daily operations to focus on major relationships, partnerships, and large deals. The company has outgrown its founder-led structure, so the COO will lead a rebuild of operations, processes, and the leadership team rather than inherit a mature operation. The role is open only to candidates residing in Latin American countries. It requires full-time availability from 9:00 to 17:00 U.S. Eastern, Monday through Friday, with no second job. Resumes must be submitted in English.

  • Be available full time from 9:00 to 17:00 U.S. Eastern, Monday through Friday, with no second job.
  • For LATAM candidates, demonstrate C2-level English with proof: EF SET score of 71 or higher, Cambridge C2 Proficiency, or IELTS 8.5 or higher.
  • Not currently own an agency with active clients.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree.
